A KOTA Territory man says he has a simple solution for regular people looking to ease the pain at the pump.

He calls it Flotech Turbo systems, a concept Dana Sorensen came up with to help conserve fuel, and save on gas money.

He says by hooking an in-line blower into your motor, it will introduce more air into your engine, giving it more power, and essentially causing better gas mileage.

Sorensen says his product has taken off all over the country, but it's not a miracle cure.  Drivers still need to maintain speeds, and drive efficiently.

"I just want to get it out there so people like me can get out there, enjoy their free time and have a little more money to do the fun things with their family and children that they should be doing instead of buying gas and not having enough for family." says Sorensen.

Some other tips to save on gas:

Break the same-station habit, keep your eyes open for the best prices along the route you travel, but don't drive excessive miles to find the cheapest station.

Also, don't wait until you're on empty to fill up, then you're stuck with the price at the nearest station.

Also use cruise control, and don't let your engine idle unnecessarily.

Finally, carpool, whether to work or on a trip, whenver possible.
